I recently heard about a company in France that offers help for English speakers. I haven’t used them but I think this is a fantastic idea. Moving to France is hard. After 6 years I still have trouble. A lot of the time it feels like you’re banging your head against a brick wall. It’s also harder to speak to people back home because they don’t know what you’re going through. It’s even hard to speak to people here because everyone has their own unique experience and sometimes your friend who had the easiest time isn’t going to empathize or understand your problems which can be even more frustrating.
